Who we are

Chickaros (“we”, “us”) operates this website and our UK restaurants. Head office: 1 Guildford Street, Birmingham B19 2HN. Contact: info@chickaros.co.uk.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

  • Contact & booking details — name, email, phone, store, date/time, party size and notes when you request a table, contact us, apply for a franchise or submit a career application (including CV uploads).
  • Rewards — email and related details you provide when joining Chickaros Rewards (processed via our loyalty partner).
  • Technical data — IP address, device/browser information, pages visited and basic analytics events so we can run and improve the website.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, manage table requests and confirmations (including SMS/email updates), process career and franchise applications, operate Rewards, keep the site secure, and understand how the site is used. We do not sell your personal data.

Reservations & Satai Pro

Table requests on this site are handled through Satai Pro, our restaurant operations platform. Guest tracking links and status pages are provided at sataipro.com so you can follow your request. Booking details are shared with the relevant Chickaros store and with Satai Pro only as needed to deliver that service.

Who we share it with

  • The Chickaros store you select (or that matches your application).
  • Service providers who help us run the website, email/SMS, security checks (e.g. Cloudflare Turnstile), analytics and Rewards — only as needed to provide those services.
  • Authorities if required by law.

Cookies & storage

We use essential cookies/storage for security (e.g. form protection) and simple preferences (such as dismissing the rewards bar). We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site. First-party analytics may record visit events linked to technical identifiers.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry, application and booking records only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected (including operational, legal and dispute needs), then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, or object to certain processing. Contact info@chickaros.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
