Do you have allergen information?
Yes. Our kitchens handle common allergens — tell your server or add a note when ordering and we'll guide you. Full allergen details are available in-store and on request at info@chickaros.co.uk.
What are your opening hours?
Hours vary by store. Each location card under Stores lists typical hours where we have them — always check with your local Chickaros for bank holidays and late nights.
How do I order online?
Use Order online to pick your store, then choose delivery via Uber Eats, Deliveroo or Just Eat. Direct collection ordering is launching soon.
Can I book a table?
Yes — send a reservation request via Request a table. You’re not booked until the store confirms by email or text.
How does Chickaros Rewards work?
Join online or scan the QR in-store, earn points on orders, and unlock member perks, birthday treats and early access. Start at Loyalty.
How do I franchise or join the team?
